The PTA is already busy preparing for the 2017-2018 school year.  Several PTA Leadership Team members are leaving Adams to move on to middle school next year or are moving to the PTA Executive Board so we are looking for some new committee chairs.

Open Positions

Cultural Arts- Schedule performances by outside groups that will enhance the educational experience of the students.

Newsletter- Coordinate, produce and distribute a quarterly newsletter.

Reflections- Coordinate Adams' participation in the National PTA Reflections program.  Advertise, collect art and arrange to have pieces judged.  Deliver art from school winners to the Wake County PTA competition.

Nominations- Prepare a slate of officer nominees for the following school year.  Present officer nominees to be voted on at the May meeting.

If you are interested in leading any of these committees or you would like additional information, please contact Megan Dezendorf (mdezendorf@gmail.com).  We also welcome new volunteers who want to help with any of our committees.
